*A reflexive verb describes an action which you perform upon yourself (example: washing yourself, combing your own hair, brushing your own teeth, etc.)
*To form reflexive verbs, we must have reflexive pronouns (words like myself, yourself, himself, herself, ourselves, themselves, etc.) In Spanish, our reflexive pronouns are me, te, se, nos and se.
*After we have our reflexive pronouns, we simply drop off the 'se' on the end of the verb and conjugate that verb regularly.
Example: lavarse (to wash oneself)
me lavo (I wash myself)
te lavas (you wash yourself)
se lava (he/she washes himself/herself; you (formally) wash yourself)
nos lavamos (we wash ourselves)
se lavan (they wash themselves; you all wash yourselves)
